Mr. Burke has spent over 20 years as an investment banker and financial advisor to public and private companies. He was a Senior Managing Director at GlassRatner Securities, and a Managing Director at both D.A. Davidson & Co.  and McGladrey Capital Markets, LLC,  where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, capital raising, restructurings and fairness opinions.  Throughout his career, Mr. Burke has originated, led and executed over 50 M&A and capital raise transactions in a variety of industries, including construction, engineering and architecture, building materials, energy, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, business services, and distribution.  He has originated and closed 12 cross-border transactions, and completed buy-side assignments for several large European public companies.  He has worked on hundreds of valuation and fairness opinion assignments, and generated over $1.4 billion in liquidity for his clients through successful transactions. Mr. Burke was head of McGladrey’s Global Infrastructure and Energy Practices and also co-managed the firm’s Restructuring Group.  He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
