Waltec Plastics (the “Company”) is an Ontario, Canada injection molder with two facilities serving a diversified base of appliance, telecom and automotive customers. Upon the consummation of the acquisition an operating plan was immediately implemented to bring the Company to state-of-the-art conditions with new IT systems and platform, new manufacturing equipment and a reorganization of the sales force focused on increasing revenue and cash flow.
