This Southeastern Tile Manufacturer (the “Company”) based in Florida, was the second largest manufacturer and distributor of ceramic wall and floor tile in the United States with over $120 million in revenue. The Company manufactures its products in Kentucky and Georgia and distributes through a network of over 60 distributors, 35 company owned branches and mass retailers such as Lowes. An extensive operating plan was put in place to rationalize the business, standardize branch procedures and consolidate plants, which lead to top line sales of $145 million in 18 months.
