Sheet Metal Manufacturing was a New York/New England-based manufacturer and distributor of building products, primarily rain gutters and accessories. The operational restructuring plan incorporated a bottom up approach with new management, new systems, a properly aligned purchasing program and a revamped sales and marketing strategy. The plan increased sales and margins and the business was sold in two pieces, generating a significant return to management and investors.
