Precision Automotive, based in Northern Virginia, is a rebuilder of alternators and starters for regional auto parts suppliers, as well as importer and distributor of aftermarket parts for Japanese vehicles. Post acquisition the operating restructuring plan called for new systems, expansion of existing owned delivery truck fleet, a revamping and alignment of the sales-force and expanding the customer base. All efforts lead to a four-fold increase in sales.
