This Ornament Company (the “Company”), based in North Carolina, designs and distributes Christmas ornaments through mass retailers such as Target. An operational restructuring plan was immediately implemented to rationalize corporate overhead, stem declining sales and margins and reinvent an effective sales and marketing strategy as well as an efficient merchandising and product development strategy. The operational restructuring was successful in solidifying the Company’s dominance in its market.
