This Holiday Products Company (the “Company”), based in Colorado is the largest manufacturer and distributor of pumpkin carving kits and related accessories in the United States. The Company sells to over 2,000 retailers and mail order houses. The Company was acquired and integrated as an add-on to an Ornament Company, expanding the platform in terms of seasonal offerings and leveraging the existing infrastructure for Asian sourcing and cost reductions. A reinvigorated management team was able to grow sales and increase operating margins.
