The “Company”, based in New York, is a leading designer and distributor of high-end holiday ornaments, ceramics and other seasonal collectables, all marketed under to a customer base of over 2,500 specialty retail and major department stores, including Bloomingdale’s, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue. The Company was acquired from its lenders by Rauch Industries and immediately integrated into those operations, which broadened sales channels and provided the Company the opportunity to focus on merchandising, product development, and channel expansion.
