Keir Semmens has more than 20 years’ experience in investment banking and business management. During his investment banking career he focused on mergers and acquisitions for public and private companies, as well as raising equity capital via IPO and secondary offerings. He represented clients from a broad range of industries including manufacturing, mining, consumer goods, health care, and professional services. He has worked on large and small transactions with clients and counterparties in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Keir holds MBA and MSFS degrees from Georgetown University, and a BA from the University of Melbourne. In his spare time he competes in Ironman triathlons and marathons.
